Gesture and Rythm!

Hi guys, I haven't posted anything for a bit since I've been with some work in hands, but here is some Gesture and "Good shape" studies. It's so hard to make good shapes for me, I've always drawn with rough lines since kid so it's being a bit hard for me to simplify the lines.

Squares, Cilinders and Spheres!

Once again this is just some of the studies I've been doing to understand basic forms better, and try to apply them to the figure!

Seeing the balls!

An exercise to simplify the human anatomy to sphere's! This is an exercise I learned from glen vilppu. I used paintings and drawings from the old masters Michael Angelo, Pontormo and Glen Vilppu. Of course this is only a part of my studies. Hope you like it!

Leg Break Down

Here is today's leg study I did. Anatomy is a thing I find the need to study again and again. Leg's can be tricky to draw. I don't know if this is the best way to see it, but I break it down to spheres over a cilinder/line or inside a big simple shape, most of the time.
